CSC080 - The pi-top Ecosystem

Course Description

The pi-top Ecosystem is a summer semester course where students will build a raspberry pi based laptop and learn programming on projects that interest them. Older students can start with more sophisticated languages (Python, Java) younger students can work with scratch or explore the pi-topCREED world.

Prerequisites

NONE! Well, ok, maybe one(ish). You need to be about 8+ years old, want a laptop, and want to know how to program it.

  • pi-top and inventors kit - purchase when registering for the course
  • Optional - Pi Hat board for your project. Order after start of course
